Manzanita Bowl 5. NFS
This 10″ wide manzanita bowl was recovered from an area in California after a fire in 2008. The fire made the color very intense and the grain, which normally is extremely tight, opened up from the heat. Thus, it is aptly named “Survivor 1″. The smaller piece of this burl will hopefully make it through the turning process and become “Survivor 2″.
