Walk-on offensive lineman who is still learning the position after being more of a wrestler in high school… shows good athletic ability and toughness… has gained some good weight… adds depth at the guard and center positions.

Graduated from Myrtle Beach (S.C.) High School…. earned all-region honors on the gridiron as an offensive guard… coached by Mickey Wilson… participated in wrestling, lacrosse and track & field in addition to football for the Seahawks… served as a captain for both the football and wrestling teams… was a standout on the wrestling mat, reaching the state championship in the Class AAAA 285-pound weight division as a senior… was a member of the National Technical Honor Society.
