Sidney Fugar Bio
Transfer offensive lineman from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Ill… joined the team in January… has demonstrated solid pass protection skills… uses his length to his advantage… figures to compete for a spot in the two-deep and possibly for a starting role at a tackle position… played left tackle for the Leathernecks but took reps at both tackle spots in the spring… has appeared in 10 contests at the FCS level.
2022 (Redshirt Freshman)
Started all nine games in which he appeared for Western Illinois, playing in the FCS Missouri Valley Football Conference… the Leathernecks were winless in 11 contests… coached by Myers Hendrickson.
2021 (Freshman)
Appeared in the Leathernecks’ home finale versus South Dakota… redshirted.
